SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Business Identity & Program Description
Cash Home operates an A2P 10DLC text messaging program to communicate with customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications. By participating in this program, you will receive text messages related to our real estate services, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for property evaluations
- Service updates and scheduling notifications
- Customer support communications
- Promotional offers and special announcements (only with your explicit consent for marketing messages)
Messages are sent to customers who have opted in through our website at https://cashhome4u.com or via our scheduling forms. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

- Customer Care Messages: Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule (typically 1-5 messages per appointment)
- Marketing Messages: Up to 4 messages per month (only if you’ve opted in to promotional content)
If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
3. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Information

5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program and use our services.
